We use the ANSYS Simualtion package, This package is reference in the market and ensure the best fidelity between computer simulation and real life.

The algorithm sets up the simulation as designed by our team of engineers. With every new design, the simulation is run to assess the model's performance.

The AI

In this innovative approach, we leverage Reinforcement Learning alongside Deep Q-Networks and Genetic Algorithms to autonomously optimize designs. RL, through its iterative learning process, guides the agent to explore and exploit potential modifications to the design. DQN enhances the learning process by approximating the optimal action-value function, enabling efficient decision-making in complex environments. Genetic Algorithms complement RL by providing an evolutionary approach to exploring diverse designs and exploiting favorable traits over successive generations.

Next Steps

Our algorithm, originally developed for wind turbines, is currently undergoing adaptation to cater to a wider range of fluid simulations. This evolution aims to provide engineers across various industries with a versatile optimization tool for enhancing their designs. As we advance this transformation, our objective is to democratize the accessibility of AI-driven optimization, making it applicable to every engineering challenge.
